Our students participate in career surveys throughout the year. Based on the results for the 2024-2025 school year, the top five areas of professional interest are:

  • Arts, Media, and Entertainment

  • Health Sciences and Medical

  • Public Services

  • Agriculture

  • Business/Finance

If you work in one of these fields, we encourage you to sign up as a presenter for our upcoming career fair. While these areas represent the students’ current interests, we recognize the importance of exposing them to a wide variety of careers. Professionals from all fields are welcome to participate. You're invited to the first association meeting of the 2024-25 school year. We hope you can make the time to cheer us on so the PTSA can continue to support the programs loved by all!

The meeting is scheduled for Wed, Sep 11 from 6-7pm in the BHMS Library. It is a potluck so feel free to bring anything you would like to share.

We will be reviewing our programs for the 2024-25 school year, approving our budget, voting in our new Secretary, and discussing the leadership opportunities for our student members in the PTSA. We encourage you to bring your middle schoolers with you so they can take an active part in community service through the PTSA.

Looking forward to seeing you all!

BHMS Foundation & PTSA Fundraiser

BHMS Foundation & PTSA Fundraiser

The BHMS Education Foundation & BHMS PTSA are excited to be partnering with our Bobcat Families to support Bernardo Heights this year!

Our site has received 20% less funding this year as well as losing additional categorical funding which supported specific work with students on campus.

We are hoping for 80% participation from our students. Please donate whatever makes sense for your family. From $5 to $500 every dollar helps. Our goal is to raise $45,000!!!

We know this is a big ask but we hope that parents & guardians see how much funds are needed especially this year to help make this a wonderful year amidst large budget cuts. We want to be able to support our teachers and our students well this year!

This year we are going to award each winning Bobcat class (by percentage of participation) in 6th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade with an ice cream party. The campaign will run from 8/30-9/6.

Donate here today and THANK YOU for your support!
